Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://dmcauserplumbingllc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Bathtub Repair, Water Heater Installation, Water Heater Repair, Sewer Line Repair, Pipe Repair, Repiping, Garbage Disposal Installation, Toilet Installation provided by D.M. Causer Plumbing LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Ownership. D.M. Causer Plumbing LLC (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. D.M. Causer Plumbing LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D.M. Causer Plumbing LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid D.M. Causer Plumbing LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify D.M. Causer Plumbing LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IL, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in IL.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
